International Geography Youth Summit (IGYS)
The International Geography Youth Summit (IGYS) is the only academic geography conference in India for children (grades 8 and above).
Since 2014, each year has seen the expansion of the IGYS to include students of more and more diverse backgrounds,
and themes that relate geography to a variety of concerns.

There was no IGYS in 2015 because we had planned to organize it once in two years.
However, students demanded that we conduct it every year! So, we did … from 2016.
There was no IGYS in 2020 due to the many disruptions that Covid-19 caused.
